MONSIEURCRUZ: THE SECRET BEHIND MY CREATIONS

I'm often asked where I get my inspiration and how my images take shape. My starting point is always rooted in personal experience, in the work of artists who fascinate me, in the courses I took at the Beaux-Arts in my youth, or in the characters, countries and cultures that inspire me.

The creative process takes place in several phases: first, a reflection that leads me to conceive a prompt that I rework, enrich and modify at length until it corresponds to the image I have in mind. This image is then reworked, modified and enhanced using a graphic palette. Finally, the design is printed in a limited edition of a maximum of 10 copies, all signed and numbered, using a very high quality process: Digigraphie.
